Federal Bank No 12/1/16, Naga Chambers Green Park Hotel Waltair Main Road

I had an unpleasant experience with cashier on the far left corner near teller service in federal bank in city. She is very rude and impolite. I called the local bank number before coming to the branch and the lady disconnected call. she is from other state (kerala). Don't understand why they are hiring such women in the bank. she is not a customer service person. She doesn't have respect for customers. I hardly go to the bank and I am not happy with the women at the cash counter. poor service
