I'm extremely disappointed with the behavior of a staff member named Vamsi. He treated me with utter disrespect, as if I was living on his debt, instead of addressing my queries politely as a customer. Literally speaking, my day got ruined by how this guy treated me. I expect better service from a bank, and staff like this need serious actions to be taken on.

During my visit to the Federal Bank in NAD Branch in Vizag for a discussion on the banking requirement, I was very disappointed. The manager (Praveen I guess) showed zero interest in addressing my concerns. Instead of listening to me he talked me about things I don't want. I even said that I don’t need them, but he continued pushing gold loans aggressively. To add insult to injury, while I was attempting to communicate with him, he began going on some reels or shorts in front of me disregarding my time. I had no choice but to leave because I was unnecessarily set. A bank manager should rather focus on the customers than waste time on social media. Such unprofessionalism should not be tolerated, and something must be done for the greater good.
