Submitted application to close Fastag. They said it is closed immediately. But after 15 days when I checked they kept on pending. Customer care cannot help. I have to go to bank again to check what is happening as the bank is not picking up call
cannot able to comply the requisite KYC details as your staff is not aware about the formalities tobe complied. I have been asked to sit 10 to 20 minutes and they also advised to bring photocopies of all documents. Plus some other formalies. Just like old Govt Organisation. KVB need to develop capable teams to meet customer requirement.
Quick response for the senior citizens holding account in this bank. However how many customers are waiting also they give 1st preference to senior citizens.
Pathetic service for aadhar. Aadhar service is token based. But they issue only 10 tokens per day. Aadhar service starts at 10:00am. They expect you to wait in line from 8:00 am to be among first 10 to get token. If you have questions, they don't bother to answer. They will simply tell to come at 8:00 am next day and won't issue tokens in advance. Such a waste of time. We wait for almost 2 hours in line to know that counter is closed. Absolutely lazy and hopeless people.
Bank has lunch break from 2 to 2.30 pm ( may vary or extend) where certain facilities not available
