I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior. Despite waiting for more than three hours.
Very wrost service provided by Bandhan Bank and their Tiep company Bajaj finance they lost my 60k by providing useless Health insurance plan. I had emergency and Planned to cancel the policy but they not provided refund amount I had requested many many times for refund beacuse i am having my Sinus operation thats why had requested too many times on mails also raised issue with hire authority but no use. No one given justice for me. Still i am taking follow up but no positive response from any one, Beacuse of achiving your branch target, this is not fair to give false information to customer who trust on your branch and Not given proper advise & suggestions on Insurance policy

Staff behaviour is too good. Thay always supports me whenever i go there. It ia always clean also.
