Very Bad service , They Charged me Credit card Yearly maintain charges + late charges on my CC but i did't receive my card still ,i tried a lot to contact them,even try to do payment but not able to connect them because of there poor service . and they have only one branch in pune. Now its impact on my CIBIL score .there for i am going to raised a complaint against them in Consumer court

Got my work done in literally 5 mins. Social distancing is strictly maintained here. Less than 50% staff is in the branch as I can see. Overall a nice experience. Staff is cooperative.

Very poor Credit car service , Un skill & unsupported staff for credit card department .its very irritating & Time consuming.

Pros- 1.Social distancing have been maintained properly Cons- 1. Poor customer service at this branch 2. Operations are too slow that for a single withdrawal or card collection you need to wait for more than an hour. P.S. - Employees here needs to be proactive and quick with their BAU operations.
