IndusInd Bank 2401, General Thimayya Road East Street Agarwal Colony

This is the 4th trip to this branch for one request. Pathetic speed of customer service. I am sitting here in the branch for 90+ minutes ( and counting) and the person on counter keeps servicing other customers who are making noise, I sit quietly in queue so I don't get addressed 🙂.

Worst bank ever faced, Rinkal patil the employee here as tell that bank account will close i ask her to hold it till 1st of November she agrees and promise but they close my account on 29 nov my salary get stucked talking rude to me " jao fir kardo case jaake kuch nai kar sakte"

One of the largest new expanding private bank. Account openings and loan disburse ate the main functions of the bank. Also facilities like overdraft debit card and credit card can be availed

I have had an "account" in your bank for the past few years. But I think the account should be closed now because we don't like your business. Some of your employees are underestimating and not responsive. And if you ask for a change in account without telling them, they tell you our policy and drive you away. But this business seems impossible to me...

I have a savings account with the bank since 30 years. I never needed a credit card, however, everyday I received email and Watts up msg that you are eligible for pre-approved credit card. I completed the application and surprisingly received message stating that I am not eligible for the credit card. Simultaneously till date I am receiving emails that you are eligible for the credit card. Nothing would be more contradictory and unprofessional. I feel it's time to park our funds in a more respectful and customer friendly bank. I don't feel it's right that some employee of the bank decides your credibility without seeing your banking history. I feel sorry to be part of Indusind Bank and shall decide to shift to better bank.
