Since opening the account no one told me there are debit card charges are there, continuously following up but branch RM Pradhanya pillai always told me its in approval stage to reverse the charges....ac is closes but charge is not reverse.. Such a pathetic service by branch level...
Bank need to improve speed toprocess of opening of a new SB account and crediting FD interest timely in bank account. Repeated complaints need to be resolved.
How stupid a bank can be, RBI shouldn't allow them to run their business. Netbanking is down for 5 days, unbelievable....
Not only bank but ATM is also closed on Saturday
