Costomer service is very bad. Im not happy with the way they handle my account. Manisha who was helping me everytime i go to the bank. But when ever i tell her to do anythings it take her months. I always have to call them to remind them asking what is the hold. I apply for criedit card 5month ago No respond. Im calling msj but NO respond. I called bank manager to follow up is been month he has not follow up with me.
Very poor and terrible experience. Not supportive to customers as well as misusing our KYCs. Though we have submitted twice or thrice yet always giving us lame excuse of that your KYC is not provided..! I wonder what they are doing with our such important docs!
Very poor service....cashier is not available after launch for 25 minutes its very eratating
Very slow and poor service. ATM machines don't work and employees working there are not helpful at all. Wouldn't work with this bank again.
