Wanted a service for stock transfer, they took 3 months to respond after reaching them for 7-8 times. Pathetic Staff. Not recommended at all. Would suggest -5 star rating.

❌ Very bad experience at Kotak Bank. Staff and manager were rude when I asked to close my savings account. They gave excuses and refused to help. Totally unprofessional behavior. Not recommended at all.

Worst Worst Worst service from this branch and all staff is so rude that i would never ever do any loan or any relation with this bank. I have 2 Loans going on with this bank and they have been charging me random amounts without having any kind of explanation. Below is the list of issues i am going through but no one from the branch listen to the same not even the manager and they are just ignoring the issue as they know its their mistake and they admitted it also verbally but not ready to send anything in writing. i am over charged 5000₹ till now from my account saying overdue charges however there was no bounce of instalment. I have fix date of 1st for instalment however they deduct the instalment on any random dates which created chaos in my credit score. they charge for 3-4 times in a month for instalment. there is no system, no customer service and i litrally don't understand how these people are running business here.
