Came here for home loan... Quite cooperative and empathetic staff.... They don't waste costumers' time. They are quite punctual.
Satellite branch is taking unlimited time to finish any job, keep waiting to customers for small work, there is nobody to give proper explation for this delay, instead they keep on illogical endless arguments but no satisfying reply to cuatomers, totally unprofeasional approach sorry to say for the harsh approach
Very very poor service from unprofessional staff and Manager at APMC Vasna Branch Ahmedabad I have dropped a cheque for clearing on 1/3/25 was issued by Navrangpuea post office but up till now nothing have been done so far Nodle officer of the same bank is not picking up my call since last 24 hours hence I have no other option except banking ombudsman of RBI it is very unfortunate that nodle officer of this bank is not picking up any call since last 24 hours so necessary action may be initiated against him for unbecoming as Nodle officer
All SBI staff members like old government staff behaviour, for my home loan top-up file i applied in December 2024 and now' 26 April 2024, it's still in process and when I asked them they answered as all time they tell file in process some software issues and ho jayega next week, such a horrible experience i face 😈
Worst service of the branch head Vikas Saksena he use worst language and attitude in the branch You have the worst employee and he do not know how the services should be done thus that’s the reason why people like private bank
