Okay this branch doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I went to do KYC one week back and for a week it was not done. When I went to ask why it didn’t happen, lady staff gave me an excuse of backend team asking for address proof and I was like what else should I give you I already have to aadhar card, pan card, passport and when I asked to not to give excuse, other guy sitting next to her started fighting with me. I immediately asked for bank account closure they immediately agree instead for taking responsibility of not doing her KYC work and thinking about bank loosing HNI customer. I mean they are bad for bank’s health. I came for review on google and I was not surprised to see such a low rating. Idk why bank is not firing these people.

Banking relationships are based on trust and if frivolous transactions remove money from your account and you are asked to jump through hoops to correct those egregious mistakes, how would you feel. This bank's systems, processes and oversight have deficiencies, not surprising as many systems do, however seeing that issues have repeated and the bank makes no effort to understand and correct the underlying issues so the customer is reassured of not having to go through the agony in future is unique in the market place. Most terrible experience.

The service is very useless, even the staff does not respond and have not been able to open my account since last one month. Very bad experience 😡😡😡😡😡😡
