Very bad customer experience with one of the officials at the remittance counter,for small issues they are telling us to do some formalities rather than having a smooth banking experience that to being an old platinum account holder at this bank. This bank was good in the initial times but now the bank officials' arrogance has increased.
I like to differ with other reviews. I am a SBI customer and on my visit to IndusInd Bank felt it is Very professional bank. They take good care of the customers.
Worst service in terms of providing accounting and tax documents. I put request for getting TDS certificate online as well on phone but not received for more than one week.
Very Slow Service,untrained Staff,busy only for Few handful Coustomers,think twice dealing at this brach,will make you waits ages for anything.
Very poor service last 3-4 days also there employees say link down i am waiting for cash only 3000/- but waiting from 12.20pm to till now.
