Useless Service and Useless Staff. I am having current account in this branch. To do re-KYC, I had already visited the branch 4 times and still my work was not completed. I should visit again for the same. It's pathetic to expect some work from the employees of ICICI bank Shankar Nagar Branch. They just kept some decorated items on their desks who don't have any basic knowledge of how the work to be done and ask us to come again and again inspite of having all the documents ready. I am having 8 accounts of mine and my family members in the bank, I now decided to cancel all of them. This is disgusting, dreadful, nasty and horrible service from the employees of ICICI Shankar Nagar Branch.

I’ve had an excellent experience with the Shankar Nagar branch, thanks to Ms. Payal Paithankar. She is extremely prompt, efficient, and always helpful. She consistently gets things done quickly and is a great representative of the bank. Highly recommend.

Worst branch of ICICI Bank. Employees don’t have much knowledge about anything, they mislead us into opening an account with minimum balance of ₹1Lakhs by serving us misinformation. Now they won’t close our account even after requesting several times, it’s been 3 months since we requested the account closure. They are not even refunding us our money. The Branch manager is of no use as-well, he has been lying about the account refund too. If they don’t refund us our money, then we might have to take legal actions against the branch. Don’t open an account in this Branch!🙏🏻

ICICI Bank generally offers good service, but the Shankar Nagar branch has been disappointing. They've been slow to resolve queries and often delay work. Despite trying for three months and multiple follow-ups, my issues remain unresolved. I recommend choosing a different branch for better service.

The representative are less knowledged and give fake promises/information. Real drama starts when you pay processing fees and admin fees which they force you to pay for issuing sanction letter.
