Horrible SBI branch. Where do I start, everyone including ladies at the information counter to the branch manager all are incompetent. It took them 4 months to open an account and provide ATM card and cheque books. Government should really look into the hiring process for these folks. Complete Disgrace. Open your account in Laxmi Nagar Branch instead.
Govt. Is taking great efforts to make banking better, but SBI has kept its name by offering worst experience since years. You visit the bank you are treated as begger for your own money, remember clerks is King there. You are entertained once their work is done. Don't expect to get good treatment nor answers to queries, you just get insult ( no GST on it + 100% interest applied). Be happy if you get insulted by words, because they generally don't even notice you standing for hours, getting reply is on other level. This behaviour actually promotes online banking and use of e-lobby, but the great thing is, neither it works. No internet connection, No ink in passbook printing, machine out of service, no cash, online UPI server is down most time. If you ever think life is easy, get an account in SBI. This is the only ATM available near CIIMS hospital(as per hospital staff and guard) within 300m. ATM having two machine, one for printing and other on is for normal transition purpose. A guard is also there for security reason. Good place, good experience. Easily accessible from CIIMS. 👍
They never pick up the calls. Branch is mostly closed. Basically my money is stuck because it's been months I have not received my ATM Card as well. No one even responds to the calls.
Buttons not working properly since couple of weeks. SBI please look into. Error code not visible, got covered by a screw!
