I had a very disappointing experience with this branch. One of the employees repeatedly called me about a credit card offer, claiming that there was a no annual charge credit card available on my account. Despite my initial hesitation due to trust issues, she kept following up persistently. I even contacted my home branch in Manish Nagar to confirm, and they verified the offer was genuine. Eventually, after several calls and repeated requests from the employee—who said she needed the points—I agreed to proceed with the application. During the process, I clearly informed her that my address had changed and requested her to update it. She assured me she would take care of it, but still entered the old address. As a result, the credit card was sent to the wrong location and returned. Now I’ve been told that I cannot reapply for a credit card for the next six months. The most frustrating part is that the same employee who persistently contacted me for the application has been completely

Worst experience. Non professional staff Really very disappointing, I feel the non professional staff of SBI are way better than these. HDFC bank was not really the bank to have such kind of services to customers. Branch manager should take actions towards the staff or atleast be present in branch.

One of the worst banking experience you will have. The Manager is arrogant to the hilt and the account executives are incompetent. They will promise a lot but will deliver the worst customer experience and make sure your money is stuck with them one way or the other. DONT use this bank!
