Recently I visited branch & personally submitted KYC documents to one of the female staff. But till date no action done. Pathetic that female staff. Free ka paise lekar Jaa Rahi hai. Hope that lady read this. Shame ful & shame on you & thinking whether how does she manages her home. Pathetic
That so called employee Jitendra should be fired from his job. He's so carelessness and had no proper understanding of his responsibilities among the customers
Worst service any branch can give is SBI Farm Land, employee's are so inactive even the manager is careless and specially one of the working employee Jitendra does not have any sense of responsibility for his customers he should get transferred or fired my work is pending because of them since 30 days
I had opened current account in State Bank of India Ramdaspeth branch Nagpur on 03/11/2021 but still my online banking issue is going on. Due to this I am not able to operate the account. Today on 31/03/2022 I got a call from bank that you do not have minimum balance in your account. Why should I keep the balance when I am not able to operate the account itself? These people have very poor service.
Pathetic service, it's a name sake priority banking. Still working at a snails pace where the others are moving to digitization. Been a week almost, requested for documents, still nothing.
