Most of the time, especially in weekends, the bank server is down and I cannot make payments when it essentially required, I have been facing "face loss" due to this.
Staff are lazy no one wants to work in there. There is zero cooperation from the staff.
Worst bank Staffs are not efficient they only had gossips while workings. The man in the counter so lazy and his behaviour is very bad you have to wait for long time while depositing cash.
Bank is good with its castomer service and staffs are also good....Sometimes it fells with its server problem but otherwise it is a good bank.
The bank is on too hide ..
