Most 3rd grade branch and careless staff run by contractual staffs. Took a home loan and applied for PMAY through them. Firstly the careless stuffs never submitted the PMAY application. Secondly in between they have stopped deducting EMI, after multiple follow up from my side, they have started the EMI again But guess what they impose 45K penalty for non payment of EMI and after a quarter they increased the interest rate because the credit score was impacted for their fault. Pathetic Service by IDBI, Specially Mr. Ujjal Das(Who never bothered to submit the PMAY application). Immediately I transferred my loan account to other bank. My suggestion always go with reputed bank.
Please don't approach this bank for the home loan purpose. Worst bank I have ever seen in my entire life. At the time of giving loan, they will behave so nicely but you will see their real face after taking the loan. After taking the loan if you faced any issue, you have to beg them to get it resolved. Worst management.
