Idbi bank shakespeare sarani branch is a very good branch. All officers of branch are very polite and Customer friendly. Specially Mr. Niranjan pandey and branch head madam Mrs. Barua both are very good behaviour persons. I have relations with idbi bank and am mentioning many accounts with this bank branch. .
6th floor Idbi trade and finance department. One lady in short hair, sitting there is don't know how to talk with customer. Barking like a dog. I am in a good mood today so i dont talk with her any more.
Excellent service and Best Bank. Everyone must avail the services.
