I had a wonderful experience at HDFC Bank, Ghat Road branch. The staff here is very supportive, professional, and always willing to guide customers with patience and clarity. A special mention to Branch Manager, Mr. Bhanu Pratap Sir, whose leadership and customer-centric approach truly reflect in the smooth functioning of the branch.

Wrost experience here. Just for a debit card, of my own salary a/c I had more than 5 rounds to bank. I'm suffering from 5 months without debit card of hdfc bank. But still they couldn't even help me out.It's just a matter of debit card. Not trustable. Nobody cares In this bank how much their costumers are facing problems. Lazy staffs.
Situated on main ghat road, so easily accessible. It also has union bank adjoining to the building. Cooperative staff.
The location marked of the bank is wrong. There is a garbage dump in the marked location. The actual bank is about a kilometer away.
