Worst bank. ... Very rude staff. .. Very bad service. .slow staff. .. .Management should change the staff
Very poor service. They made me wait more than an hour for just a bank statement and then they denied the bank stamp saying that you have to go to a different city where your account belongs and then get a stamp. This is really stupid, I am closing my account from this bank.
very bad service, looks like manager can't manage employees and services. our office staff opens saving account in this branch. Bank gets new saving account regularly from our company then also bank staff takes many days to process application. We complained to bank manager but seems he can't do anything there. Very bad experience.
very pathetic staff and services. no one can received a call. and deposit machine rarely open rest of 25 days in months is out of network. please take is seriously.
They have cash deposit machine but normally closed. Passbook printing but normally closed. Staff is always busy in arguments with customers. Typical government bank. Not recommended. One of the worst branch of PNB.
