Bank of Maharashtra - Nagpur-Sitabuldi 172 Metro Station Abhyankar Marg

This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The staff is completely unprofessional, careless, and irresponsible. They have no sense of customer service or urgency. Every small task becomes a headache here - from account handling to simple queries, everything takes forever. They never respond on time, and even when they do, their answers are confusing and unhelpful. I genuinely regret choosing this bank; it’s a waste of time and energy. Avoid this bank at all costs if you value good service and peace of mind

Worst bank. Their database developed inconsistencies against the info on my passbook, and even though it is demonstrably a blunder on their own part, the bank employees behaved unconcerned, rude and refused to attend. I was sent from counter to counter multiple times, just to have an idiot yell "to isme mai kya karu?". There was another old lady ahead of me who needed an ATM card, and the same employee (who obviously had her ID card and name plaque hidden) kept shouting at the elderly woman over why an old person would need ATM card. Total carelessness and mismanagement, zero work, and extreme arrogance define this cheap namesake of a bank.

This is a fraudulent bank My account is Sitabardi Nagpur . I went to open a 0 balance account, my account was made a 2000 savings account.. after that I could not keep 2000. Till now 4000 have been deducted in the name of penalty.please decline my payment also I am not even able to make the payment.. I also talked to customer care.
