Worst staff in this branch ever seen in HDFC. I’m using hdfc account since 10years and never faced this type of staff. They are least bothered about the customers getting in and standing for help. They were no customers in the afternoon and we went inside no one is least interested in customers and they are busy with their phones. I myself went for help for loan enquiry, no proper detail’s are shared no information is given. They are very careless. I have seen below comments there are many complaints on staff but still could see the same behaviour. Why is this still happening?

Facilities are good. Staff help but sometimes they say, "Please look at your internet banking account." If staff would be ready to serve customers nicely, I would have given my rating as five stars.
Worst staff and bank manager. Not at all supportive. Instead of solving my problem they are making it complicated
