Indian Overseas Bank No 19/A, 1st Floor 9th Main High Tech 17th Cross Road

Horrible experience. My amount got stuck in IOB account. Mobile app was not working due to server down. I called customer care but they didn't help. I visited HSR branch to do RTGS but they did not help me. It was very urgent situation as we had registration planned next day but they are least bothering to help especially the lady manager who sits in cabin. I strongly recommend not to visit this branch because you will simply loose your time but don't get any help from them. Shame on that lady manager, try to serve/help people for taking salary.

Had visited at 3:55 pm in January 31st and the bank doors were closed. There was no board showing bank timings even. Either the closing time shown in Maps (5 PM) is incorrect or there was bank holiday on January 31st. Otherwise is it the case of bank staff being lazy?

Staff works overtime to get the work done

Not at all good this bank because the employee will not response properly and we should wait they will not give properly response to customer very worst Bank ever

This bank is open on Saturdays too. Google, please update in details. Bank employees are co-operative and carry patiently handle queue even if some people refuse to accept that rules are rules, bank employees cannot change it.
