Worst branch No clear explanation and there is no any support from the staffs. I have gone some other canara bank branches in chennai, they are very good supportive. But this branch staffs and management need to learn from them

Since I was not able to give a low rating than this i am giving this. Worst behaviour by all the staff. The best example is the manager of the branch. The staff has their own set of rules and the customers has to follow that. For passbook entry the customers has to come only by 10:00 am orelse they will not do that work. There is a machine kept as a ancient piece at museum.

Service done by working staff is not satisfactory. ATM/Debit card validity expired and new card is not issued, Informed personally two times to the staff for issuing of new card, no action even after 30 days of reporting.

This is very old bank in ambattur. It was very busy on old days. Waiting time is bigger 25 years ago. I had my first bank account with this bank. Customer support is awesome. Now a days crowd is less. Service is good. There was very less banks in ambattur a 25 years ago. Now there is lots banks available. And its very near to bus stand so this bus stop called canara bank bus stand. All busses will stop here. And its on main road so easy accessible. The ATM is looks old and not maintained properly.getting cash in this ATM is horrible. Generally i wont go there even though its very near to place.
