Worst service ever, I went to change the Email ID, and the Customers service representative said, it's only Allowed in your Home Branch, Now I couldn't understand whose Fault is this, the Bank of Baroda worst service should I Blame on it , or the representative working in the BOB. This small this should be Change otherwise no sense of having this kind of Bank in this Era.
Very hopeless customer service, the lady was so arrogant and rude in responding if you ask another question to her
