Excellent service to update Aadhaar compared to Fatehgunj Post office where you need to stand in line from 6.30am to get a coupon which allows you to get access to update facilities and that too only limited coupons are issued. Here at Bank of Baroda there was no waiting and took barely 10 mins.

Bad experience in BOB Jetalpur Branch, My account opened on 10th October 2022, staff is very very slow to work in bank, after gave them all documents verified by bank employee, they were do mistake to write my first name and also PAN card no not matched with my account, I was giving them Aadhar card, Pan card and driving licence for account opening. i visited at the time of opening account, person opened my account through his mobile, he asked that server was not working because of rain. very disappointed for service of BOB, for employee of BOB jetelpur star of rating i am giving 0 only.

Worst service and response ever, I visited today for new account opening for my staff, they gave me form but after fill-up when staff gone for submit, they gave worst response, 3 times returns from bank and when staff told please check what is remaining, please write us, bank employee told fill up full form, i will not show anything and told give to your sir not me. Staff dont know even English or Gujarati proper, so they request for help. Shame on you, very bad behaviours with employee, shame on you. Never ever will visit or refer your branch

Branch is located on road and is easily visible. Nice staffs.
