Absolutely terrible experience with the staff, they behave like they are doing favor to you The employees were rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping. I waited over more than 2.5 hours for my work and it was very urgent and when finally it was done. the representative acted like I was an inconvenience. No eye contact, no apology for the delay, and zero effort to resolve my issue. I asked a basic question and they were taunting unnecessarily by talking shit with the other employee. It's shocking how poorly trained and customer-unfriendly the staff are at this branch. It’s as if they forgot that banking is a service industry. I will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere . Avoid this place at all costs."

I am a student tried to open bank account after filling the form and giving biometric consent,they said you will get a account no sms then visit us. After 4 to 5 days when I was free and didn't have a class,i visited the branch and the officer said "oh Actually I forgot,we had lot of work, you go Now we will do it and you will a sms." As a customer what choice I had I had gone back and came back after a week (still account not opened,It's been more then 15 days). After 15 days I hod gone to bank the regular office were not present there, there was a new lady, I told her that this is going on the lady helped me and Opened my account and I got passbook after 2 hours. As journey continues (as you know without atm you can't get the internet payment or online transaction) till 14 days after opening account i didn't get any Debit card. I visited the branch I said that I didn't get an atm The Lady was not present there the Male officer sitting on chair it will come automatically, as a student

⚠️ I strongly warn everyone — NEVER choose this branch! Based on my experience, the staff here is extremely unprofessional. No staff member is cooperative with customers. The language used by some staff is very abusive, and there is absolutely no respect for customers. One employee even misbehaved with me and said, “Yahan aise hi hota hai.” Even after complaining to the branch manager, no action was taken. If you value respect and proper service, avoid this branch completely. Their attitude toward customers is completely unacceptable.

Staff is too lazy, even they are not able to open saving bank account in 10 days.how would they survive in banking,I have worried. Account transfer karane wala tha bhogan ne bach liya in logo se.worst staff .

I don't recommend this branch based on my experience, their staffs behaviour especially (Dinesh) using abusing words and they are so rude to me , manager is also irresponsible and also they support their staff on their misbehaving.
