Bank of india, RTMNU CAMPUS , Amarwati road branch. One the old and government bank. All type of loan car , loan home , gold loan , personal loan, KCC, all type Of deposit with , but staff behaviour and staff knowledgeable about products is zero rude behaviour of staff to there prsopepective customer. Always say BIG NO for any product . Even branch incharge is also big zero, just time pass in the branch and even leave the branch before 5.00 pm. Kal aana, aaj nahi hoga, 15 din laggee these are best excuse when you visit to this branch. Even management not bother about it branch and it staff and customer so think before go. Even doesn't not deserve one star
I have a car loan since 6 months here and they still have not started ECS. Nobody cooperates there. Worst experience ever !
