Employees here are not much supportive. Service also becomes very slow. Wasted 5 days and still couldn't open a simple bank account here.
Gandhi nagar ambazari branch, This is the only branch where the best staff is there and they work very fast. Thank you SBI Bank for having such nice people in this branch.
Very poor service. I had submitted my kyc documents still my online transactions were stopped. When asked they told the table has been changed and now new mam has joined so you have to again submit the documents for kyc.
The service was awesome by entire unit of SBI AMBAZARI SPECIAL THANKS TO VAISHALI,CHETAN mam for kind service on date 02/FEB/2022 as a citizen we must understand we are overpopulated and work force to handle is meager, one must understand what kind work load they have. There is common belief among people government staff is inefficient and corrupt but this is stereotype.
Worst service ever experienced the staff member keeps misplacing the application and forms I myself just visiting the branch for past 4 days for bank statement everyday she asks me to come tomorrow and today she misplaced my application and told me to to bring another one. Also the passbook printer is not working even for printing passbook you have to wait for an hour
