Very Poor Customer Service – SBI VRCE Branch, Nagpur I had a very disappointing experience with customer service at SBI Bank (VRCE Branch, Nagpur). I visited the branch on 21 February 2026 (Saturday) to update my address in my bank account. When I asked for the address change form, I was informed that the form was not available and was asked to fill out a KYC form instead. I completed the form and submitted it to the branch staff, who told me that my address would be updated by Monday. However, when I checked the SBI mobile app the following week, the address had still not been updated. I then visited the branch again on 2 March 2026 (Monday). The staff attempted to correct the address, but I was told that the printer was not working, and I was asked to come back later. I visited the branch once again on 5 March 2026 (Thursday). Unfortunately, I was again told that the printer was not working and that it would be repaired in half an hour. I had already visited multiple times, so I

My experienced there was very well for first time. But, when I go second time (on Friday) at 4:00 PM, bank was closed.But, there mentioned that bank will close at 4:30. I travelled about 35 km for arriving at bank, and when I saw, I became dissatisfied.

The most pathetic bank ever. The staff keeps you dodging from one counter to another. The story begins from the lady who opens your account. She will tell you all her official burdens but not open your account. The bank doesn't support in salary accounts and expects employees to come to their branch many times. The bank lacks in efficiency, accuracy and customer service. Had to open my account here due my employer who has tie up for salary account. In my third visit, when I spoke sternly, my work was done. Hopeless banking ever! Not recommended..

Today I came to SBI VNIT branch nagpur for my daughter's account closure by morning 10.0 am staff madam said to come after 1hour according to my previous experience, l came by 2.30pm still the cheque wasn't ready, all staff & service manager & including branch manager are completely ignorant and non to cooperative with consumer they don't want to work and neither answer our queries prolong the matters in my opinion nobody should open Saving account or any other services from VNIT branch nagpur very worst services and very in cooperative. It wasnt just me an aged women a student everyone was waiting and no answer worst ever service. In this covid times these people should understand and have better process to avoid people waiting in queue.

Their commitment to providing excellent customer service was evident at every interaction, and I genuinely felt valued and respected as a customer. Special thanks to Mr.Pravin and Mrs.Lata Thakre for such a smooth and hassle free sanction and their constant assurance added greatly to the experience ,and even the Branch manager who kept a constant check on everything would highly recommend that if you are a student looking for education loan this is the right place.
