Service is customer oriented, helpful. sometimes staff says to come after eight days for new passbook if old is filled fully. Passbook printer is very slow, takes about five minutes to print a single page should be repaired or replaced.
Worst bank in terms of infrastructure and services. being gov. bank it has (specifically this branch) has no basic facilities like Parking, Washroom etc available , bank doesn’t even have ACs inside (except one inside manager’s cabin) .. additionally it is full of dirty and litter.

Very bad behavior mostly ladies staff they don't give any answer properly when I am ask about some document she told me 1 hi question baar baar puchte ho very irritating behavior. I decide to close my account on bank bank of India 😞
