ICICI Bank -Katol Road, Nagpur-Branch & ATM Dominos Pizza Katol Road KT Nagar

I had a terrible experience at this branch. My credit card transaction issue was mishandled. The staff was rude, arrogant, and blamed me for their mistake. They lacked basic customer service manners. I think this branch needs urgent training on client relationship behavior.

They promise a lot for sr citizens for KYC process etc by visit to house ( door step help) but never turned up even after request in person. Very poor services. Need lot of improvement in customer services, like … attention to sr citizens, 0 balance in savings account for retired pensioners,handicapped

Are you for real guys? I just visited ICICI katol branch (beside Dominoz, KT nagar). I asked the ICICI employee there how do I create a new savings account in ICICI WHÀT documents are needed? He said, PAN, Adhar, and 1 lack Rs. transaction from any bank account to Newly created bank account. Seriously? I lack ra transaction just to open savings account? I asked them I do not want premium account and give me another option (minimum amount 10k₹ balance) and he replied there is no such option. It was there previously but not available now. Pathetic customer service!

Staff incl manager are not learning from the previous experiences and reviews from the other customers.ICICI bank has lost its shine after I visited this bank today to open an account.There is a difference between how HDFC treat their customers vs ICICI.I will share my feedback with customer care.

Staff is very arrogant, they dont have proper knowledge about the banking services that bank is offering, they denied me for some services then i went to icici bank sadar branch they helped me instantly.
