These guys are so rude. All staff members are just lame to answer, I went there to enquire about my educational loan and they didn't even provided me with proper information and ask me to come again to get checklist. I'll never recommend this bank to anyone student, they can't even provide proper information.
I have also applied for a loan and have not got any response for that either.
