The branch employees are very rude and late to respond especially Nahid Qureshi. She replies as if she's doing all of us a favor by working on our requests.
Extremely poor experience with the KYC process at this branch. What should have taken 5 minutes ended up taking over an hour due to repeated technical issues and lack of proper communication. The staff struggled with the bank app, live photo verification failed multiple times, and I was asked to email Aadhaar card even though I was later told—after nearly an hour—that a driver’s license was also acceptable (which I had with me the whole time). No one informed me of this earlier. Very very disappointing service.
Worst experience every the guy called lalit not connecting or call . I spent 2hr in bank , lalit is coming from 12pm till 5pm they all should resign.
I have kept my gold in ICICI bank for at least 5 months but I have not received any slip yet. Every time they make some excuse.
Staff will only help if you buy some products with them like loans or gold loans. And once they have sold it to you, again you become an unknown person. Having account since last 12 yrs but no good response. Poor staff over here.
