Have a current account at the branch since last 1 year.. good service and Very helpful staff.. had applied for CC limit too and it got sanctioned promptly.. good experience
The staff especially the staff on contract basis are really mannerless.You do not get your work done unless they want to sell you their credit card.The service manager is equally worst.

There is only one person helpful in the bank who seats next to cash counter Rest of the staff are hopeless The manager of the branch " Pillai " Doesn't care about the customer she took everything for granted Few days back I went to do FD from my account but due to some technical fault bank not able to do FD . Days pass visited branch many time contacted manager pillai as well but she never escalated the technical glitch to higher level which she can do easily. I told her if fd couldn't be open with sbi I will have to find some other bank she said we are okay with it you can go to other bank So in this way bank loose good customer. I was doing 5 lakh FD but due to manager so called behavior sbi loose good customer.
