They've urged me to reoperate my inactive SBI account and now it's been more than 2 weeks they're harassing me by asking to fill the form for every small thing just like I am re opening the account. Height happened when my email ID was wrongly updated by staff and when I've approached manager with surname Pillai she spoke in her rude and unmannered tone to ask me refill the form just because it takes time to fetch older records, upon insisting she raised her voice on me, it's such a pathetic and worthless banking facility I've ever experienced. Prefer IDFC or any other bank than SBI.
