Bank withheld my gratuity from me without having any loans or credit cards. Only released it two months later. If I had really left my company to work elsewhere I would've been held hostage to this bank. There was not reason to not give what I had worked for. Then the bank required a lot of unnecessary documents to release my money. Really pathetic service. Customer service in the bank is extremely slow. Don't not recommend you open an account with them.

My husband is a client of bank and we were waiting for him while he was in bank (Salalah branch) it was soooooo slow and I then our 3 year old daughter asked to use toilet after almost 2 hours they asked us to leave in un polite way as the toilet not for the customers. I understand if they said it to me or any other adult. But kids cannot keep and wait to go somewhere else. Bad service and very disappointing attitude. In most countries it’s agains law not to let people use washroom when they need.
