Nice atm. Well maintained.
No respect and to much late
This branch says just excuses.I ordered debit Visa card on 7th of November and my account is ready but they told me there is problem on card machine.That's why I knew there is not work day on Friday,Saturday and Sunday.I went yesterday and today and just I heard again card machine doesn't work.Bank Dhofar is big company and I don't understand there is not any technical service to solve this problem.
Poor Customer service.
Poor service, delays, and humiliation; it's as if the employees hate their jobs.
