Bank Dhofar - Salalah Main Branch Near Al Misk Medical Center 238W+RV3 23rd July Street

Very bad and unprofessional experience at Bank Dhofar. The staff had a terrible attitude, did not attend to me properly, and behaved as if customers do not matter. I was ignored and felt clear discrimination toward certain nationalities, which made the visit extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. This is unacceptable for a bank, and management must seriously improve staff behavior, professionalism, and customer service standards.

Worst experience ever had. I open an account they given the debit card. There is an issue with the atm card the cvv number is blank. I went to the bank and registered a complaint but they are refused to give another card. The ladies sitting there she is only helping omani people rest of all the one who came first they are still waiting there. This is completely the error from tire bank and again they are asking 2.100 for new card. After they said they don't have card stock.. it will take 2 days to come. Worst experience and worst staff behavior from back dhofar

Created my account online and receieved message to recieve the card from the bank and i had to wait atleast 3 hours just to recieve card the staff is too much slow and takes too much time for simple work

Hi good morning very bad service know a days in salalah bank Dhofar which I located near to GTC, I really embarrassed about this I think the management should take severe action on this thanks and warm regards

Worst service ever. Staffs are too slow with there work. For a simple cheque deposit you ll have to wait for atleast an hour. Tokens are not called in a proper way.
