Extremely slow and frustrating! I was told to collect my Atm card after one week, but when I went, they asked me to come the next week instead. Total waste of time. Very disappointing service at Sohar Bank, Barka.
Today I went to the Bank Sohar branch in Barka, and I received excellent service from the branch manager, Rashid Al Balushi, and the employee, Mawaheb Al Balushi. This branch was the best in terms of customer service.
