The branch failed to process transactions. My ATM card renewal took over a week to no avail, and I still haven't received my card. Their excuse every time we contact them is that the system is down or there's a problem. I absolutely do not recommend dealing with this branch. The service is very poor.
Extremely bad, very slow, hours-long waits, only one employee working, and customers are forced to wait for hours. I do not recommend visiting this branch; the service is very bad.
