Absolutely the worst NBO branch ever. It seems like they don't even want new customers. The staff are incompetent and do not know how to treat customers. The manager was rude and dismissive. Even though, we heard great things about NBO service, it was truly disappointing. We were planning to open multiple accounts for businesses, but after the experience, it is better to take our business elsewhere. My advice to people who are looking to open an account here is to go somewhere else.

A very negative experience… unfortunately, it reflects the extent of the chaos… the lack of organization and the lack of courtesy of the employees in dealing with customers… unfortunately, one of the worst branches I have visited.
Bad experience. I went back to them for 4 days on the same issue and it wasn't resolved, and I paid a considerable amount to other banks that didn't request a statement of account.
