Honestly, this is one of the worst banks I've ever dealt with. Their service is slow and unclear. They made me go from branch to branch, each with a different policy and no transparency. Everyone just passed the buck, sending me messages to pass on to someone else for a transaction. I even went to the Al-Adila and Bu Fatira branches, and they didn't have any clear explanation of how to open a company account for one person! In the end, I didn't get anything out of it.
This is one of the worst branches of Warba Bank in terms of service due to the extremely slow processing. I was the only customer in the branch, with just one employee, and yet it took me half an hour to complete a bank transfer transaction.
