Very bad experience , visited this branch to update my Civil ID details. Even though I have a valid and active Civil ID, the staff refused to process the update. There was no proper explanation or willingness to assist. The behavior felt unprofessional and showed a lack of responsibility toward customer service. Very disappointing experience. Customers should not be sent away when all valid documents are available.
As long as you understand that patience is required because the wait will be long regardless of how busy or free they are, you will be fine. 10 minutes to several hours wait time depending on the day and time, but their service is polite, warm, and efficient.

Burgan Bank is one of the largest banks and has a good reputation and trust among the people. It has many branches distributed throughout all areas of Kuwait, one of which is in Al-Qusour. It also has ATM services in most of the large cooperative societies and complexes.
Unprofessional bank I was the first person to enter and the employees took an hour to process the first order It's like entering a government office
