I visited this branch three separate times, and each visit resulted in a very bad experience. The staff were not welcoming at all. One of the male employees was dismissive and unfriendly, and the overall attitude from the staff felt rude and unhelpful. When asking for assistance, I was brushed off and told to go to another branch, with excuses that the machine was not working. There was no effort to help or explain properly. As a customer, this is extremely disappointing. I believe customers should be treated with respect regardless of nationality. The service here felt unprofessional and untrained. I would not recommend doing business with this branch, and I personally would never return. This bank seriously needs to improve its customer service and staff training.

Shocking, carried out my receipt transaction for deposit went to atm to withdraw money to deposit and they locked the door and ignored me

The electronic system is so advanced, thank God. The data update process was my opinion a few years ago; my new opinion is, "What's going on in 2025?" We can't withdraw money via phone. All the banks have modern systems and we can withdraw with our phones. I had to go to another bank just to withdraw 10 [units of currency] to open a savings account.

Excellent service for premium accounts with smart ATMs that can withdraw more than two thousand in a single transaction.

Commercial Bank is very slow in processing transactions.
