Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience at this branch. Their system is frequently slow or down, resulting in long wait times. I spent hours waiting, only to be told after all that time to come back the next day because the system still wasn’t working. This has happened to me several times, and it’s extremely inconvenient, especially when you have other important things to do. The staff tries their best, but they’re often helpless due to the system issues. I hope they can address these problems soon and provide seamless banking services to their esteemed customers.

Worst banking services ever in my life. Very bad service never ever seen in my life. They took my 2 hours for waiting. If you are beg you will get services within 2 hours. Otherwise you can sleep in bank 😡. Tortoise is better .
