I went to the Sohar International branch in Al Khuwair related to my business account and for two days I went there continuously to collect the token and after two or three hours they called me to the counter. So after going there, they sent me back with various reasons. When I went the next day, they told me that this was not right and to come back. So I went there for three days and had a hard time. Then I went to the Sohar Bank's Bowser main branch and they sorted out everything in a single day and my transaction went very smoothly. The customer service at Bowser made me very happy. They provide good service to everyone there. Especially the manager there, Medam, came to us from time to time, asked if there was any problem, knew everything and made us happy by doing everything we needed. I would like to express my special thanks to all the officials there. I am very, very happy.

She was exceptionally professional, patient, and supportive. She updated all my information, guided me step-by-step, and ensured my online access was successfully activated by the next day.
