Worst customer service! They do not respect your time. They have 10 counters with only 2 active counters, the representative says that the rest of staff are on vacation (all at once). Waiting for 2 hours minimum is very normal here. Moreover the staff are also very rude. I regret banking with such unprofessional people.
The best branch/ even i can can say best bank in muscat. The way staff welcoming and treating customers are awesome. Staff of Bank dhofar Mq souq branch has to take training from staff of MGM branch how to deal with customers.

BankDhofar open till 9 pm during working days . The Staff are friendly, helpful and the smile always in their faces.
