I had a great experience at Sohar Bank – Shatti alQurum Branch. The service was very good and the staff were helpful. I want to say a special thank you to Nuwaira for her kind and excellent service.

The bank and staff are really good, even the manager is very helpful and polite. But unfortunately, the waiting time is too long — I had to wait more than 1 and a half hours for my token number to be called. Hope they can improve the service speed in the future.
